  • What forms of payment do you accept?
Payments are accepted securely through PayPal. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or account payments are all accepted.


  • How secure is PayPal?
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).


  • What is your shipping policy?
All items are shipped through USPS or UPS. Great care is taken in securing and protecting the artworks for shipment.
Once shipped, the customer will be notified.

All orders will include a tracking number. Packages with a value of over $250 will include a signature confirmation.



  • Do you ship internationally? 
Unfortunately at this time, I only ship within the United States.



  • What is your return policy?
Once customs are shipped, returns are generally not accepted due to the custom nature of the products. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, I value my customers and will do my best to address the customer's concerns.

  • When did you start creating customs/artworks?
I started creating customs in December of 2011 with the Disney Vinylmation mold. In May of 2012, I expanded to other platforms such as Munnyworld (Kidrobot) and later in 2013, Qee Vinyls. I always love trying new and different molds.



  • Do you accept commissions?

Yes! If you are interested in a commission, please use the contact tab or email me at [email protected] and I will be happy to discuss your project with you. Custom cost depends on size of the custom as well as complexity of design.

*Please note that at this time I have a waiting list. The earlier I am contacted, the sooner the project can be added onto my schedule.*
